Whats everyone using for a fuel pressure gauge?
I'm looking to get one and I'm leaning towards the Auto Meter 4367 Electric fuel pressure gauge because its easier to run wires than it is tubing. That and theres that many more spots to possibly leak....some day. SO, what are you guys running and why? Thanks

Mechanical= less chance of going bad. I already have a bad sender for my isspro oil pressure gauge in the 93. Its going to be like 50 bucks for a repacement and then they say it won't be a matched set so it could be plus or minus 5 psi from true. That was stated right from Don Wendlick at isspro.
Well, to tell the truth, the 93 has the isolator and I isnstalled those like 2 years back. And today I installed one in my 92 with no isolator. I used 1/8 inch copper line that has a sleeve of vacuum tube the whole length. It also has a 1/4 turn valve on the engine so I can shut it off if it springs a leak. So, after 10 minutes of running, no leaks yet.

What is an isolator and is it an extra thing to buy or does it come with the gauge? I was thinking fuel gauges are like oil pressure gauges, a line directly from the port on the engine to the gauge.
Genos sells a banjo bolt that replaces the one where you bleed the filter. It has a threaded hole in it for 1/8 inch pipe. Its like 7 to 10 bucks. Or you could take out the stock banjo bolt and drill it to the correct size then tap it with a tap. I just did that on my 92.

Thanks Again!! I just looked at the filter assembly off the 96 I have. It has a banjo bolt with a 1/8" plug in it on the out side of the filter. So I think I'm golden there.
