What's could it be???

Hello to all I am recently new to this site and have been trying to chime in when ever I can help. Now I'm in need of some help myself and hopefully you guys can help narrow my problem down for me...

Recently I have notices a shimmy, shake or studder ( which ever is preferred) when my truck is put under a load, and what I mean by load is lugged in a higher gear, pulling a hill loaded or empty or WOT threw all gears. Now what doing this it does seem to be short on power as well.

I think I have narrowed it down to there might be to much fuel not enough air problem or the lift pump maybe getting weak. The fuel filter is fairly new. (maybe 2000 miles give or take) but I'm know sure

Any info will be appreciated!!!

Thanks,
John

Start with changing all the filter's and maybe even throw in a Lift pump that way you can rule out that also crawl under truck and check the fuel lines make sure there is no crack's .and also check the innercooler boot's and connection's maybe something is loose ?
