So I was surfing around yesterday and came across an ad for a 96 2500 that had been wrecked. Which the guy is parting out now. I don't know the extent of the damaged but I know the front end is toast but the motor and trans and stuff are all good although they have around 300000k on them.

I contacted the seller about the transmission and turbo for my truck. Figure they would make some nice upgrades for the future. But I was thinking what else.

What would you guys recommended for me to try and get my hands on as well.

 

Well, there's always the P-pump to consider...

 

depending on the price it might be cool to get your hands on the whole powertrain. engine and trans together.
