What sould I do?

Last weekend I installed a reman ip in my truck. It ran great for about 100 miles and now its back to low power hot, low idle, being noisy and sluggish its also struggling to get past 65 again. Everything is new in the fuel system and I even checked the fuel pickup. The pump has a 1 year warranty but I'm not sure if i got a bad pump or if its something with the truck. What should I do next?

When you loosen the fuel cap after running the truck, does it hiss?

Another thought is you have pressure but do you have flow? I.E. have you checked the pickup screen?

Funny you mention this....I hear mine do that everytime I fuel up. Does the cap need vented and could this cause (what type of problems) ?

Ok I went back and checked every again and didn't find anything unusual. I bumped the timing an 1/8" and installed another lift pump and it still acts the same. Also the injectors are set to 245 bar and I already cleaned the vent on the tank. What exactly is breaking inside the pump to cause these symptoms?
