Well I guess no more 3rd low pulls! I'm assuming that the clutch started slipping so you couldn't pull it anymore? Are you able to still drive?

That DD clutch should hold pretty good!

it was a single disk 12.25 full ceramic 8 puck with 4,000lbs plate load, they first said it was good for 550hp and 1100ftlbs and then yesterday they said it was only good for 750ftlbs so they dont know a lot but they gave me my money back,
orderd a south bend 3600 DD, it will take about a week to get because it has to be made for the getrag. so I'm down for a week with that truck and the blue is slowly burning more and more water, got the headgasket for it just have to wait untill the white ones back on the road.

i pulled it in K class as K2 and my dad pulled it as K5, he couldn't put in gear with the clutch so he had to start it in gear, he asked should i pull it and i said "why not?"

with the new clutch i should be able to pull 3rd low.

drove it 150+ miles home with no clutch start it in 1st gear and just shift without the clutch. good thing there wasn't much town driving, got it home on sunday pulled it apart on monday, cant drive it right now, but i do need to do the tie rod ends anyway and replace a wheel stud on the front( it broke changing the wheels back on sunday) and then repack the front wheel bearings and check out the break system.

Cool. If you don't mind what did that DD3600 run ya? $1200 ??

I been meaning to ask you about ole blue.
Haven't heard/seen much about it since the dyno video. It needs an HG ?

Sounds like you have bad luck with headgaskets. hahha

did some towing with it today and other than not shifting as fast as a single disk it tows fine and smooth, my trans might be part of the shifting issue since it has 295k on it, just been reshimed again.

And the better it grabs the harder it makes it to back a trailer. I sometimes have to put mine in 4low with the hubs unlocked so I can get all the way off the clutch but be backing slow enough to put the trailer where I want it.
