Looks pretty clean.

How much you want to bet the fan motor will die in a couple months? I know that would happen to me.

Where did you buy the 4" 90s? The ones I bought for my setup (aluminum) were pretty wide. The tight bends of yours look better!

Maybe NeedMoPower will chime in about the elbows.. I guess it looks a little different now with different boots on.. and the turbos were clocked a little off in the pic..
Yea.. we were taking about that project last night... its been almost 2 years since those were built...

I'll bet as much as you want Dave. It hasnt died in two years so I dont see why it would die in the next few months.
If you notice, those zip ties on the hot pipe are two years old as well and havent come close to being melted.

At first I bought some aluminized 90's from a big rig shop and they didnt look good at all and hard as hell to weld on. I started calling around and Olee Poole had the tight elbows and and some other odds and ends that he had sourced out for building his own twins. They worked great, but were not cheap. I have another idea for piping when it's time to build the next set....

I think you took my comment the wrong way - I meant that with access to the blower motor made difficult by the location of the hot pipe, it would then promptly die, causing more work. One of those Murphy's Law things, not a criticism of the install.

Airflo.com has these elbows. I bought the first one for my downpipe, and the other one is even shorter.

Dave - I did take your post wrong and I apologize. Suprisingly, the hot pipe is pretty easy to remove.

Bill - I wish. I'm only running a 12mm pump....it's at 580
