Little weekend project
Tonight I got tired of having crappy ac and decided to do something about it. I know there are leaves and debris in there cause they have clogged up the condensation drain and caused water to run out on the passengers feet. I looked in the stickey but I did not wanna cut the air box to get at it so after alot of cussing I got the air box out. It really wasnt all that bad to get it out at all. The evaporator core was about 1/4 cloggod with leaves and other junk. I hosed it out and got it all clean then I did the same with the heater core. I also flushed the coolant passages of the heater core man alot of crap came outa there. So tomorrow I will put her all back together and recharge the air I hope this makes the ac alot better.

Well I got it all back together and the air flow is much better but now I cannot get it recharged right. The sticker under the hood says 44oz of refrigerant and I put in in and the low side pressure is already too high at 45psi. The air is working better now than it ever did but it still aint right. the air at the vents is only 60 degrees and it should be more like 40. How can I get more refrigerant in it?
