Water meth injection
i am thinking about buying the water meth injection from gillete diesel. it says it will give me about 70hp. is it worth getting and what exactly is the fluid that you run in it?

I have a water/meth system on my truck. 70 HP is a little optimistic. In valet mode (when my truck is not grossly overfueled) it gives 40 HP. You can see what I get with full fueling in my sig.
A lot of people run windshield washer fluid. The cheap blue stuff is usually 20% methanol. I can get pure methanol from work, so I run a 50/50 water/methanol mix in my truck.
If you are using it for EGT reduction and extra power in the dump truck, you will want a big reservoir. My truck will use 1/2 gallon in 30 seconds.
