Sorry one last question how do I get the wastegate actuator to open at a certain boost? Do I need some sort of controller? If so how do I rig that up?

Yes, if you want more boost than the actuator allows you will need what is known as a manual boost controller. There are a zillion of them on Ebay. They just go inline with the wastegate controller and prvent boost from hitting the actuator until you want the wastegate open.

For the fuel you have right now, the stock setting of 22-24 psi will be fine.
