I just replaced the window channel and window seals on mine while it was in the body shop, the parts are available from Dodge.

They are around $50.00 to $60.00 for each piece depending on which one you need.

I just spent $200.00 and carried off the parts in one hand.

I replaced all of the rubber on the doors and also had the hinge pins and bushings replaced.

These doors sure close nice and smooth now.
