Anyone replace their side windows with newer ones that get rid of the vent window? Is it possible? Any kits?

i dont think that our doors on the 1st Gens are big enough to house a full window. how our window go down on the track system, its moving forward.
if you have tour door panel off with the window down, you can see theres not a lot of room.

but if theres a way, enough money and time any thing is possible in the world of customizing.

post if you find any thing onit, got me thinking too..........

Only reason I ask is I was watching that "trucks" show, and he did it to a truck he was working on. Got me thinking, which is dangerous.

Vent windows are the biggest deciding factor when i buy something, hell the 95 yj has em. Keep-em

 

I am going to keep my vent windows. To put form over function is a cardinal sin in my book.

I love my vent windows and the floor vent too, wish my 95' had that stuff. I wish they made a conversion for the gen II's to add a vent window!!!!
