That would be internal to the pump. If you put the key in the keyway you can't get the timing off bad enough that it won't run.

 

10-4 Dave thanks. I'll just offer to remove the pump and he can take it to a injection shop if hes interested. The trucks for sale and hes trying to keep money out of it, so that he dont lose his butt on the deal. Its a really clean N/I 90 model reg. cab long bed, 118k with a freash auto tranny. He made the comment that metal is 10+ bucks a hundred and he'll crush it if it cost to much to repair! And he's the kind to do just that...Ryan
