bumpytruck

I picked my truck up as a wreck from an auction and it seems to have some kind of aux. vacuum pump on it! The truck is fixed and has been on the road for awile now and this pump has taken a dump on me! It runs off its own belt from the fan pully and I'd like to replace it but I can't figure out what kind it is or where to get one! Any ideas out there would be greatly apprecited! The truck is a 91.5 CTD 1 Ton!

Both ford and GM had belt driven diaphragm vacuum pumps on their diesel v-8s. I also have seen some vacuum trailer brake set-ups with the same pump used as an auxiliary vaccum pump on a gas engine.

What about the stock vacuum pump before the power steering pump? is it still there and functional?
