Upper and lower balljoints and w250
On the 4500 lb axle do the balljoints have to be pressed out or are the bolt up?

And anybody have any advice on doin this?

The w-trucks (4wd) didnt have ball joints, they used king pins. The D-trucks (2wd) used ball joints.
