I started to do the ball joints on my 91.5 D250 the other day. Had to weld the top one in on the driver side cuz it kept popping out and the hole was a bit misshapen. Anyways, I bought lowers (pt#K7025) and they are too narrow. Can anyone who has a truck like mine fill me in on the correct pt #? I got the K7025 I ordered from the sticky so please dont advise me to look there. I need to hear from someone who has done this and knows the part # i need to get the old girl back on the road.

K7053T for the lowers. i don't know where you found "K7025" but it's not in the sticky article i'm looking at. and a word of advice on the upper... if the ball joint "socket" in the control arm was misshapen, replace it. my passenger side was the same way when i rebuilt my front end. i replaced both the passenger and driver side upper control arms. i rebuilt the entire front end due to the passenger side upper ball joint popping out of the socket, all because the hole was oblong'd. i wasn't about to trust that any other original parts would last much longer. get those arms replaced ASAP.
