Update and question: 1990 D250 727 to NV4500 Wiring?

Alright guys/gals have the NV4500 all bolted up. The swap went pretty easy considering I had do the entire project myself. ( helper broke his arm day before project started). I'm still a little weary about the top of trans hitting the cab. I have a 1/4'', is that enough? Fan is setting perfectly in the center of shroud. I have about 5 degrees off the back of my tail shaft. Anyways so the main question is about wiring. I've read that the top sensor is the reverse sensor so I can make that happen but what about the speedo? I haven't got as far to figure out what is evolved there. I have no holes in my tail shaft fyi. Just a big white electrical plug on the driver side. NV4500 is out of 1995 2500 2wd.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks again for all who have helped this far.
AC

If you have a 1990, your speedo should already be electric.

Big white plug? Not sure what you are making reference too?

If it was a 95 NV4500 it should have a tailhousing with a hole for the speedo, or speedo adapter. My 96 NV4500 2wd tranny had one.

Can you do a google search and post up a pic....Still not too sure what your referring to.

Your not talking about the reverse light switch, at least I don't think so? So the only other thing it could be is a VSS off the tailshaft I think.

The one my dad got doesn't have a hole in it either. apparently at some point dodge went to a speed senor in the rear axle.

He was able to swap out the tail housing for one with a hole and get the gear drive for the VSS.
