what is the best way to do twin turbos and can you have them side by side each on 3cyl has any one done this with 2 stock 1989 turbo ,I am doing a swap of a 89 5.9 into a 78 shortbox stepside and I am shooting for 10sec street truck any other ideas thanks Steve

 

Parallel turbos are not usually used because you need more pressure than a single stage setup will provide. What you want to use is a set of compound turbos, where a larger turbo feeds boost into a smaller turbo for higher boost pressure.

Most folks with twins build their own, but there are off the shelf "kits" (still with some fabrication required).
