Question Turbo oil line

I started to change out the 21 cm. turbo housing and I can't remove the oil line without twisting it.Does either end have a floating nut like a brake line?if it does this one has fused together.Any ideas? Thanks

Ive got the fitting in the housing loose. If I hold that fitting I can't turn the oil line out without twisting it as the fitting on the line doesn't turn.

I gess you could undo it for the oil filter hosing and then spin the hole assambled hose out of the turbo?....some one over torked that nut! It has a o-ring in it and only needs to be snugged to seal

Sorry i didn't read you first post very well ....yes the bradded line nut is what floats or turns on both sides so if it wont come off the turbo than you can take it of the oil filter housing side!

Hope that made better sence!

Gotcha, thats what I needed to know.It kinda looks like a curved AN fitting so I wasn't sure if the flexable line had to come off to get the fitting out.

It's metric. One big wrench to hold the adaptor in the turbo, a smaller wrench on the nut on the turbo hose, another wrench to hold the hose from twisting.
