From what I gather you need more boost before you need more fuel. Otherwise your EGT's go to high.

I agree, the air supply needs to be improved and not just boost pressure's but efficient boost is the key.
Look at all the options available for turbo's and, keep in mind that you'll also need to be planning for the future too....we all know it's really hard to stop tweaking and tinkering so your turbo choice should be made with your "ultimate or final" goal in mind or else you'll be doing this over again...

pb...

edit: I do not recommend the HX40 turbo. It is not as durable as the hybrids out there and, it WILL be pushed too hard eventually to stay in working shape.

HTB2 62-14, 64-14 from www.htturbo.com. You'll need to fab up a 4" downpipe. Much more durable than a hx40. Then a good set of EDM's.

JMO, I say save your money on those items and go straight to the htb2 line. You won't be spending twice in the long run.

It all depends on how far you're gonna go. I would have been better off buying a bigger single. Somebody with lower goals would be fine with a hybrid, at a much lower cost. I wouldn't spend the money on a new 14 cm wastegated housing. If a 12 cm is too small and a 16 cm is causing overboosting, then you need a bigger turbo anyway.
