turbo-identification
I just looked at my 93 w 250 turbo today to identify it.
It reads cold side holset LM25S and it has a 12 cast into the face also.
Hot side reads 18.5 CM holset.
NO wastegate
1. These are housing sizes I assume 18.5 and 12?
2. Are the impellers a fixed size for the housing or can they differ?
3. How can i identify my impellers?
The truck is equiped with PODs and a aftermarket ATS manifold, 4" piped to dual 5" stacks, BHAF.
It builds boost fast to 38 pounds and can easily get to 1200 degrees if I stay on the throttle.
Oh and i want to do the 3200 spring.

The turbine housing is an 18.5. You'll have to measure the inducer (the small part) of the compressor wheel to know what you have, they machine the same housing casting to fit multiple wheels.
