Trans temp switch question
Is this a NO , NC, or thermistor? Mine is open, cool truck. I'm trying to get my O.D. to work. TPS is good, adjusted, still no O.D. I looked in the 91.5 wiring diag. posted here, but couldn't find it

I am pretty sure it is a nc switch. Unplug it and jump the two wires together and see if od works. Is there anything else that don't work like the charging system or the speed?

charging system is ok, speedo is 10mph low, but works.
It makes sense it would be nc if its only purpose is to kick out od on a hot trans. Ill try a jumper.

Ok,tried a jumper, still no OD, where is the OD solenoid located on my trans./ transfer? Want to see if I have power.
