This transmission was rebuilt about 6 month ago worked OK .Here lately don't wont to go in gear first thing after it setts over night?? Once it goes in gear its fine the rest of the day should i take it back to them that rebuilt it or is it something i can do to keep the fluid from draining back overnight??

Probably converter drain back. Idle it in neutral for a minute before shifting it into Drive.

Well you should have specified you would have liked a shift kit installed, that would do away with converter drainback..........

Just let it idle for 30 seconds in NEUTRAL before putting it in gear..this is NORMAL and nothing to be concerned about except why your trans guy did not remedy this stupid little Chrysler error,
