alright im just about to put my 618 in my 93 w250, i got the adpaters and all that went in smooth, i still have to take the cross member to school and notch that, as well as make a spacer to lower my drive shaft slightly and move the carier bearing mount back and inch as well as make a 1" spacer for the front drive shaft to transfercase coupling, due to the lift it makes it extend out quite a bit. anyy way im running rubber high pressure rubber hose for the whole system and getting ride of those leaky metal and rubber stock hoses, i also got a tranny cooler for it to repace my old one, but it says that it is an addition to my stock one, can i get ride of my old one and just run this one insted of the stock one? because my stock one is leaky also, the new tranny cooler looks alot bigger also, so i couldent see it affecting anything, but id like your opinion.

As long as you're keeping the heat exchanger on the side of the engine I don't see any problem with swapping the new cooler for the one behind the grille.

 

yes i planned on keeping the heat exchanger and just flushing that out.
