tips on installing water meth.

Hey guys, my water meth kit should be coming tomorrow or wednesday. i got the cooling mist 150 psi kit. how hard is the install? i am using my Windshield washer fluid tank. where did you guys mount your pump? also, where did you get a vacuum? i have my boost gauge and my wastegate run off of the port in the block by the intake horn. where should i get the vacuum from for the water meth kit? any other tips on installing a kit are greatly appreciated.
thanks.

First off, they dont run off vacuum its triggered by boost. Itapped into my AFC but you dont have one of those so if you're not making copious amouts of boost just T into your w/g line. If you didnt get check valve make sure you mount the pump lower than the nozzles to prevent free flow. Mine is a Snow Performance so it may be different.

Whatever size your boost lines are. My box that controls the meth used a tine one so I had to stretch it over an 1/8" barb on the other. Just get a brass t at the hardware store or replace your fitting that your guage is using (at the head) and get a t that screws in there.

OK, thanks guys. to those of you who used your windshield washer fluid tank for your water meth. did you leave it in the stock position? if so, did you mount the pump over by the tank, or on the drivers side fender? Also, do you tap the injectors into the intercooler piping? or the intake horn itself?

thanks.

Yes, unless your making lots of boost. Then silicone is nice. I popped a couple lines before I figured it out.

also, if i mount the pump on the fenderwell on the passengers side next to the windshield washer tank will it get too hot from the turbo downpipe?
