Where is a good place to find a p pump fornt cover? Just wanting suggestions and some info. Also what else is involved besides case, and gears?
I'm just trying to widen my horizon some, although i'm not maxed out with this ve pump. Yet.

Wow, how does that HX55 spool? Super slow? I need more air here, but I can't afford something like the HTB2.

You might be able to find a good one at a heavy truck junkyard. These motors came in a lot of smaller medium duty trucks and are pretty common in school buses. A motor with a couple rods hanging out the side would be a good place to get everything you need for a P-pump swap. You need the whole fuel system, from the lift pump to the injectors.

Nope. They do have a nice little notch ground out to clear the overflow valve on the P-pump, though.
