I like mine. They reflect light like a street sign does. Just a different route. I had them custom made to fit the existing brackets that came on the truck originally. I mean the truck had original dealership mud flaps on it. Anyways, just an idea

Freight Train: Got a pic of the factory mudflap mounts? I gotta make some and want to see what Dodge's solution was.

Buried somewhere amongst all these threads is a good pictorial tech-article ... by ? I THINK ? JIM LANE ... showing how he made mounts very similar to those pictured on the two DRW trucks.

I looked in the stickies, but did not find it.

Maybe someone has it saved and can point you in that direction.

I just went out and snapped a couple pics. Its the p-side. Notice the two bolts that are the factory bolts that help hold the fender in place.

GO Industries has some decent ones, esp. for duallies.
Best one I've seen so far were on a older dually: just said Dodge in a old style lettering, nothing fancy, just right.

I think if I get some, they're going to have to have Yosemite Sam, and they're going to have to say BACK OFF!

They have a couple different sizes and bolt to existing holes
those seem to be for 2003+ trucks, did they fit your 1st gen?

I have the mate to the one pictured, tacked on the shop door = another going-to-the-mailbox find.

Mudflaps

I just used 2 pieces of rubber belting like straps and drilled some holes in the back in front of the bumper and bolted them to the flaps so they are just held on by 2 rubber straps on each pretty much so they can flex. They've held on for a few years now so it must work, I thought about using chain or fixing them solid, but this seemed to work good. They keep the snow/mud/rocks off the snowmobiles and trailer when i pull them and they just look cool
What size are these mudflaps as I just got a 1st gen 4X4 club cab, Cummins power store no longer carries them and will have to check Amazon or anyone else know where to get these ?
