TC Gone!!

Well i should have known better. My Tc was making some noise but i went ahead and "Tuned" the pump up and lets just say within 50 miles it sounds as if there are 2 boulders having a fistfight underneath my truck. I was wondering if anyone knew the path the fluid takes when leaving the TC i.e. if it dumps right back into the pan or goes through the tranny. Anyone ever used Pro Kint Reman Tc's? I can get one for about a hundred bucks which i would like to throw in just to patch it till i get the money to build my tranny. I need something quick, cheap and temporary as this is my daily driver.

Are you sure its not the flexplate? Either way its best to do both while you are in there.

Get a second gen flexplate if that's your problem.

And stop driving it till you see what it is. The cracked flex-plate often goes to chawing on the engine to bell-housing adaptor.

It's my understanding Dodge is proud of them.

Please don't tell them you turned up the pump!

The FP was junk or it would not have blown, and turning up the pump just made it happen sooner.
