Check the connectors under the bed to the rear tail lamps Mine were corroded that I had to bypass the connectors. A test light should show you pretty quickly where the voltage stops. Start at the rear of the truck, and follow the wires back. most of the time it's at the connector. IIRC there's one on each side of the truck under the bed behind the rear wheels above or near the inside of the frame c-channel.

do you have a test light to check for power back there? There is only one wire running to the back for the running lights, so maybe it broke

Are you saying you have no park lights, marker lights, license lights working either, or just the two tail lights not working?

If the whole circuit is out, you need to: a) check the fuses, and, b) have a look at the connector that plugs into the switch. Generally, when this circuit fails in the headlight switch, it melts the connector as well.

Also check the wiring where it turns up to the taillight. Mine looked like it had scotch-locks on it. I think it just takes a heck of a beating from road debris, especially fine gravel, because my year-old wires look as bad as the originals already.

Head light switch or connector can be a sore spot too.
