One of my trucks is missing the black rubber tailgate hinge bushings or guides. These are the formed black rubber pieces that insert into the two small rectangular holes at the back of the bed. They keep the hinges from swinging side to side and making a racket going down the road when the tailgate is up. Does anyone know if these are available anywhere or if some other application would work?Thanks.

In what year did they change to the cable?
What do the stops look like on the newer trucks, can they be adapted?

 

I didnt think so and not many old boneyard dodges here in the rust belt. I think 1994 was the first year for the cables. Im gonna check some other years and makes for something similar. Thanks
