Stock Shocks? Why Not??

Some of you have been up this trail before,but my question is why weren't they adiquite, did they give a fair or desent ride?(refering to stock shocks) ond250 & d350 especially on the frt., end?

Stock as in stock replacement? Most of the time shocks are replaced because of leaking or rust. If they ain't rusted or ain't leaking. they don't get replaced around my house because old shocks ride nicer...

hay cross,the reason i ask my new Rancho 5000's seam a might stiff . I think you maybe close to right , if they ain't leaken they must still be alright.

Rancho's have a lifetime warranty.

Truck is pretty stiff ANYWAY. I guess the only way to compare is ride in someone elses D350. You may have the upgraded front springs?

HEY, DZL,. you might be right about the springs it seems to be set up for haulin a travel trailer,it has under cab trans.,cooler,&over loads on rear. I know the shocks are life time --but i don't think my old bod can take a life time of whammmmm, thud. I will invstigate this some more,thanks again.
