Where, oh where, would you find an OEM radio for a 1st gen????

Let me know if I should bring one out to the 1st Gen Homecoming for you. I do not think I have an extra one with the C/D option that does not skip, but I know I have a few with the tape deck.

, yea, you're always my first shopping stop. I'm currently using the stereo with cassette I got from you a while back. Works great but alas, no CD...

If you come across the high end CD/cassette with toggle and fader, definitely bring it!!!

Glad to hear someone is still listening to CDs other than me. I think I have used all the good OEM CD players on my own 1st gens.

Problem being CD's get damaged when you hit bumps. That's why burning a copy of the original is a must. However mine weren't "finalized" I think that is the term so my Infinity system wouldn't play them. When I drove over the road the 670 Volvo had a death rattle in the dash and it screwed up many CD's.

The clock works on my radio.

I think this AM 8 track is sold to a guy in Michigan. I think I have another out there in the shop somewhere. I need to clean out my shop and sell a bunch of parts. AFB's, Thermoquads, BBD's, E-body 8 3/4, truck 8 3/4 housing with axles, C-body etc. A body seat cores all kinds of crap.

I'm stuck with CDs (many that skip) and even a few cassettes still because I don't have the capacity or the interest to play anything that evolved after that...

I've made friends with a fellow here in KY that has a family Mopar salvage yard at their farm. He's bought parts of dad's "collection" that was too good to scrap but not worth restoring. He's mostly in to muscle cars but he's hauled off some Furys, Valiants, Coronet, etc. He's near enough to Nashville that he may be interested if you're wanting to move stuff and not sell off piece by piece. The prices have been fair to both of us so far.

They are a nice family, have a 16 year old son that drools over our 1st Gens and Ramchargers every time they stop by to haul off another piece of our history. He's driving an '88 W250 now.

Not looking to clean out anytime soon. I am slowing moving towards building a bigger shop. My present shop is 720sqft. 6x6 pressure treated posts and a slab poured in the middle. They didn't install "Rat guard on the bottom of the outside walls. Clearing an area to put my newly acquired '93 5.9 I ran into an at least 4ft chicken snake in there yesterday. Never saw the head. It wasn't in a hurry to move either.

I am considering 1600 or bigger. Headroom for a lift.

I have seen 2 different drawings from the state who regulates waste water/septic systems. 2 different septic tank locations. The one that is the closest to where the tank is shows most of the drain field is under my present shop. I have been here for 20 years. If you don't have living quarters in the shop no permit is required.
