Steering Gearbox Washers

Hey guys, I am installing my factory gearbox on another truck (have RR on my truck). It has been awhile, does anyone have a diagram showing or know where the washers (x4) go? I believe the center, bottom (spline bolt) does not have any washers, therefore, two go between the bolt head and the bracket and the other 2 are on the other side of the frame? I guess the question I should be asking, does the plate sit flush against the frame? Thanks!

The plate sits flush against the frame, otherwise the extra torque applied to the plate will crack it that much faster.
