starting problems
I went out and tried to start my 92 D250 today and the engine cranked a couple of times and then started clicking. So I figured that the battery was pretty dead and pulled my ford up to jump start it. Even with cables attached it did the same thing. So I pulled the battery terminals off, cleaned them and reattached everything, still the same. So I disconnected the terminals and hooked my jumper cables straight to the terminals, bypassing the battery and same thing. The map light, courtesy light, and power window work find with the jumper cables attached. I'm getting 13.4 volts through the jumper cables so I know I'm getting enough voltage. I'm thinking maybe starter? Any ideas. I was planning on using it this coming weekend to go get the rest of my parts but that might have to wait now.
