Stans 4 inch exhaust question

I have my trans, T/C, and bellhousing out right now for another project. I have been planning on the 4 inch exhaust in the future. Looking at how beat up my stock exhaust really makes me want to do it sooner. Also now that everything is out of the way down there its very acessable. Given the chance would it be prefered to put the stans 4 inch on with all the trans, T/C and bellhousing removed? Or is it really not that big of a headache with all that stuff in. Just wondering if I should pull the triger now or later??

Some of those bends in the exhaust joints have to be twisted and lined up just right or it'll rattle. Not much room down there as you already know. I'm not sure I'd want to install the exhaust without the transfer case installed. I know I could never get it right without the tc being there for a guide. Just a thought...

Here is the clerance between the transfer case and a Stan's 4" system. I don't think I would try to install the trans with it on.
