Speedometer
If you're willing to spend a little over $100, here's how I got mine to work again. You can bypass the PCM as well.

Hey Redneck, Jimbo's deal works great, I did an NV5600 swap and used his setup since the NV5600 has no provision for a speedo hookup. The cruise and all work as they should, the interface is adjustable so you can zero in you're speedo exactly. You do need to have a known good speedo head first so everything else works. Good luck.
Try changing the plug for the sensor. I went through this and changed the pcm, sensor, ratio adapter, gear in the transmission, wires going to the pcm, ran wires straight to the speedo, everything I could think of. It turned out to be just the plug to the sensor. I felt stupid after I changed it

Thanks again for the part number.
Eric...
If the cruise works then that means that the speedo or the wiring from the pcm to the speedo is bad. If the cruise does not work then it could be still a bad speedo or the wiring between the pcm and the vss or the pcm and the speedo.
