That is a lot sturdier set-up than that flimsy factory hanger.
I believe with a little ingenuity you could come up with a means of employing a boat-trailer winch to hoist that hanger into place and then secure it with a hitch-pin or the like.
I see one thing that you had better address SOON, especially since it is your spare and will go un-attended until some cold dark foggy night.
That is an el-cheapo LOW-PRESSURE POP-IN valve-stem, only barely good for maybe 30-PSI and it will soon dry-rot itself into oblivion, especially so since I see a big rust bubble right under the stem.
You had best replace it with a stainless all-metal life-time valve as soon as possible.
Neither the rubber stem nor it's plastic cap are legal for use on a Light Truck tire and for very good reason.
