spacer for dually;s
I never knoticed a spacer on the rear.... hmmmm Guess I wasn't paying attention?
There is a spacer up front on the rotor. I have a 4wd so it may be different than yours since you havn't given any info on your rig. Put info about your truck in your signature so we can help a put more.
On the W350 I have, I opened up the hubs and removed a locking nut, and the holding nut with a special socket I got at Napa. Then the rotor AND the spacer came off. On the BACK (inside) of the rotor, there you can put a wrench on the bolts to take the spacer/bearing assembly off. I screwed a peice of wood onto my bench and placed the wheel studs between them so the assembly wouldn't spin, then I took an 18" breaker bar and a LOT of PB Blaster and elbow grease to get those darn bolts out.
Then again, maybe I'm talking about something else

Factory built dually's are engineered to mount the wheels without spacers.
Those of us who have mounted dually rims on factory single rear wheel trucks have had to resort to a variety of spacers to make thing fit.
A spud adapter up front, and simple spacers in the rear.
