Solid front axle for a D350?

The 71-older dodge used a dropped I-beam. You'd probably want to convert it to discs though.

Some of the heavy GM P30 vans used a dropped I-beam also.

I recently tore apart a F250 2wd with the twin I-beams. I thought maybe the beams could be joined together with a length of rectangular tubing. '86/'87 they switched from kingpin to balljoint. They all have dual-piston calipers though.
