Need to know the size of the nut inside the hubs on a Dana 70 rear. I'm told there are 2 different styles dodge used. Truck is a 91 W250

same with my W250.I use a home made socket that fits perfectly.

The older 80s? or older used a double nut and retainer.

Yep. 2-9/16" rounded corner thin wall socket.

A normal socket (if you can call that size normal) won't fit.

You can also use the Dana 60 nuts with the Pin locks and only need one socket for both ends.

Yes, use these ones for the back. They last longer than the fold over star washer type.
