Snow performance stage 2 "universal" kit

Hello, I ordered a snow stage 2 universal water/methanol injection kit. It says something like works on any make with a larger turbocharger. Being a universal kit will it work on a diesel? I should have investigated it more before I ordered it. Anyways, any of you run this kit successfully on a cummins? thanks

I guess basically what I'm asking is do the universal kits work on our trucks? Or do I need to get the diesel specific kit?

The kit says:
-180psi pump
-for turbocharged engines

I would do the tank in the bed and the pump under the bed with nozzles in the intake elbow. Pump needs to be lower than the tank I would bet.

The instructions say that the nozzle needs to be the highest point in the system. Did'nt say anything about the tank being higher than the pump. Makes sence though.
Ok, I have a dump bed.. I was almost thinking to install the tank and pump up front kind of in front of where the air filter is. What do you think??
Intake elbow? The one on the intake plate or near the turbo? Thanks

How much boost is this kit designed to use?

Most gas turbo/supercharged kits make much less boost than even a stock Cummins, the computer for the water/meth may not be able to use the psi numbers if it's made for a gas vehicle.

Thats what I was wondering about. Im not sure what its supposed to use. I have the kit now so I'll probably try it out and if it don't work I guess I'll sell this controller and buy a diesel specific one.

Hello, I got the kit hooked up. It seems like it really makes a difference going up hills. It seemed to really make a difference in egt's too. This was using a -20*f windshield de-icer. I think this controller is going to work ok since my truck is really mild and lower on boost than alot of others' trucks.
I think I'll really like this mod
