Sick Running Truck

Upon playing with my AFC (spring removal for a smoke show), I accidently lost one of the copper looking washers that hold the AFC line.
Here is where it gets a bit confusing, With the spring removed, and my AFC to the deepest position, I have zero smoke at all. I can hit 3,000 RPM like nothing, revs fine, doesn't miss, starts as normal. But has zero power. Before I pulled the shaft to put it to the deepest positon, and to remove the spring, my diaphram was loose, so now I can only get it close to stock position.
But I mainly want my power back.
Before, I could pull hills at 60, now I pull them at 45 if I'm lucky.
Help Me please Someone!

Replace the missing copper washers. Pump see little to no air, produces little to no fuel.

How could the fuel pin be stuck, how does one check to see without causing any damage?
Spring is still out.
If the pin is stuck how do I free it up?
Sounds to me like it might be, it is the only thing that would make sense to me.
Thanks very much!

you check it buy moving the throttle with the afc out if the little pin pops out it should be fine re-read the sticky on pump mods
i used wd40 on mine
another thing did you remove the plastic washer when you pulled it back apart, if you did then the afc is probally holding the pin in because its down too far

Did you find the copper washers? If so, then I would reinstall the plastic washer on the fuel cone. Without it allows the cone to be too far down and not allow the pin to come out (with afc spring mia).

WOW SUN OF A GUN!
I pulled the shaft out and looked to see that my fuel pin was not moving at all. sprayed some carb and choke cleaner down in her, and put the plastic washer back on the shaft. Took it for a spin and, smoke city. she blows some smoke alright. Major thanks goes out to Alwaysworking and bgilbert!
Thanks!
