I have been lookin for a shift kit, to rasie my line pressure and firm up some shifts, since my tranny took a dump i am hoping to put it in while the tranny is out. But the only ones i can find are for the gas 727. I wouldnt think that they couldnt be the same becuase of shift points and spring pressures in the valve body. What shift kits are you all out ther putting in your 727???

 

If I remember correctly, there are some Transgo shift kits on ebay for the diesels...

 

Transgo kit - #TFOD. Available from Summit Racing or many others. The Transgo site lists that kit for both the 3 & 4 speed trannys, gas and diesel.
