Unhappy Rust

Hey DTR long time, no talk. I'm sure I have overlooked it in this forum already, but is there a way to replace that strip below the doors, or does it have to be restored? I live in western colorado but the truck was from Virginia. The cancer is gettin bad rooftop looks good though. Any Ideas? As always, thank you!
