Got the manifold put on Saturday. Ended up getting new manifold bolts off Case IH, $2.05 each and no shipping. Got the manifold on the second time (it will fit upside down- til you go to put the turbo on- luckily something didn't look right) and torqued down, turbo on, filled, fired it up, puff-puff-puff still. Come around, first time looking at it cold, could see gasses coming up around #3 injector

Got that out, the brass washer looked OK, talked to my uncle about it, cleaned 'er up, never-sleezed her, torqued it down, and no more leak!!! Stuck the returns back on with the old brass washers and that's not even leaking. Got the ball joints in, should have had the left side buttoned up, but it got hot out, and sitting on a block of wood, hammering on the wheel studs on another block of wood for lack of a good work bench, did my back in. Could hardly move Sunday morning.
If it cools off a little for Sunday I should about have her sitting on all 4 again with new brakes up front.
