Like the title says. My alignment is a little off. It pulls a little right whiule driving, but if I am cruising at a good speed and I let go of the wheel and hit the brakes the truck will pull to the left... Anyone ideas why?

Hummmm... Maybe the drop bracket is causing it.... I am in the works of getting it welded. They make it so you cant even get a drill to the third hole to mount it so there is only two bolts holding it. I think it may have shifted and is able to flex. I will have to see if welding it helps.

Did you check the calipers? You can check for a dragging caliper that could be the cause of your pull, by jacking the front up and rotating both by hand to compare for caliper drag. Also if one caliper is froze up and not responding to the fluid pressure it will cause the truck to pull in the opposite direction. If the right front caliper is the only one working it will pull right.

Yep,,, what he said,,, calipers and the flexible brake lines (internal break down) can cause some grief.

Check your tire pressure then while your there. Check your pads for abnormal wear too.

Just remember, our trucks have a natural pull to the right on high crown roads. Normally, a low tire will also give you the same symptoms, so check all your tire pressures first before digging deeper. Brakes will do the same thing, but normally they will lead with the bad brake not opposite.
