FASS pump running but not pumping

No fuel pressure at gauge. Pulled suction line off and put it in gallon jug of fuel.Pump runs but 0 output. put on new Holley blue pump on frame rail running thru stock filter housing. 12 psi at idle 9 at wot. seems like enough fuel since vp 44 has 14 psi bypass. Are fass pumps rebuildable? It's a 150 with brand new filters.

The fass was on the truck when I got it. It worked ok until my fuel gelled. I put new filters on it then. tested pump and got no suction on pickup side of pump and no output. vp 44 will most definitely run on 0 pressure. good thing I checked cause it probably would'nt last long! Running Holley blue now.OK so far.

Does that warranty only cover original owner? Is there a build date on pump?

Thanks for the info Dan. I`ll check the serial numbers and go from there. I bought the truck used with the Fass already installed. Guys who think their Fass pump is loud should hear a Holley blue pump mounted with rubber insulator to the frame rail!

Shoot me an SN and we will see what we can do. This will give me all the info I need to see what the pump is and how old it is. The 6 year wnty is good for the original purchaser of the unit. BUT the unit comes with a 1 year initial wnty from the build date.
