rubber fuel lines to injection pump

rubber fuel lines to injection pump
my fuel line is leaking at the injection pump where the furrel is, have any of you changed the line out to rubber and over sized lines? 3/8" or so? from the lift pump to the filter housing and filter housing to the pump?
