Best place to order Diesel Fuel Lines (Rubber Replacement hose)

OK..1st of all; yes I did a search and read several pages of what I had hoped to find..a link to purchase marine grade diesel fuel line hose..It appears the size calls for 3/8 & 5/16 at 15 feet each. I called the local NAPA & the guy/kid sounded like he never heard of Marine fuel line hose..(Kind of like a goat starring at a new fence ).. I also heard the gas fuel line will not work for the long run..I drive sometimes all night long across the remote south Dakota areas and need reliability...Cattle rustling!!..lol..Just Kidding!) I don't have allot of time to read, read, & search for more places..(We should have sticky's on specific topics..would be nice)..If anyone who has experienced ordering Marine grade diesel fuel, rubber hose's..I would be most great full!! Thanks in advance

Vulcan Performance is one place, but any Marine Supply house would work.

I think Infidel always recommends Trident brand...

The member Infidel is the best source for this kind of info. I know he has posted a link to where he gets his several times. But unfortunately I do not know it off the top of my head.

If you go over to www.vulcanperformance.com they have bio rated fuel line - but you can also order USCG approved marine line - but it looks like it takes a few more days to get in becuase they dont stock it.

Trident Barrier Lined A1-15 is the best I've found.
Should easily outlast the truck.
Google it for many online sources.
In the past Blue Water Ships had the best prices but I see they have gone out of business.

I replaced mine in past with vulcan also plus the line is Bio fuel compatible if that matters. quick and easy and cheap shipping. but pending your location should be able to go to a Marine shop or big rig shop and get same quality. might be a good time to upgrade the fuel line size.when I did mine I upgraded to 3/8th Id hose changed the fitting's on my fass and fitting on back of fuel filter housing.
also the second time around when I installed this I put pieces of rubber square pieces wrapped them around the hose with zip ties on all the potential spots that the new hose would rub on to protect them for future.

i have used transmission cooler hose with good results.
it's rated for higher pressure and is impervious to diesel fuel .....any auto parts store should have it

Just oredered some from Larry B's www.fostertruck.com $4.50 per foot. Trident Barrier like Infidel was talking about. I only needed a short piece and got tired of searching.

Heck, I've never been concerned with whatever fuel line the parts store had, for just Dino diesel. I had to get concerned when I started making B100, and still juts about anything you can find at a parts store is synthetic rubber now, which stands up just fine to diesel or biodiesel.
I did have to replace the cheap hose that came with my Tuthill transfer pump, as the BD did eat through that after a year. None of the fuel lines on either of my trucks have suffered though. The 96 had the line over the bell housing break at around 200K, but I understand that happens anyway, due to vibration.

Pssstt...Price was cheaper than what the web site is posted!!

Tim in parts was really helpful..I wrote the prices down on paper at work, & left it there..I think it was about $1.14 per foot....!! said they buy it in huge reels 2000 foot rolls for Marine use !!! Sounds like very heavy duty hose...16 feet of each size, was about 25 lbs shipping.Must be the good stuff!!! Oh and the freight was reasonable after all..!!

Highly recommend that site for the fuel hose !!!!

The Trident hose makes the stock hose look sick.
The walls of the Trident are at least a half inch thick.
