Rough ride getting worse.

I know these old trucks bounce a lot but mine is slowly getting worse. On a bumpy road the bouncing makes the dash move so much I'm afraid its going to break off. My other two trucks on the same stretch hardly react to the bumps. Ive narrowed the bouncing to be coming mostly from the rear of the truck and its the same with or with out the air bags. I have tried the tires from 50-75 psi with little change. I do tow heavy sometimes and its starting to ride harsh with the gooseneck and it never did before. Does anybody have any ideas what my problem could be? The truck has around 200k now on what I assume are factory springs.

The shocks are about 3 years old. I'll jack the back end up and look at the bushings.
