rocker
If you have any metal skills, best bet is use a cut-off wheel and cut the bad section out and weld a new piece of metal in. Use a pipe and rubber mallet to form the radius you need. If you need a 90degree bend use the corner of a oak block and hammer to bend. I've done it, redneck or not it works. Unfortunatly I don't know anyone making panel parts for dodge.
